{"id":768,"date":"2020-05-20T11:04:00","date_gmt":"2020-05-20T10:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fta-law.com\/?page_id=768"},"modified":"2020-05-20T11:05:54","modified_gmt":"2020-05-20T10:05:54","slug":"online-training-services","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.fta-law.com\/old\/dealing-with-covid19\/online-training-services\/","title":{"rendered":"Online Training Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Do you need any training to help you run your business &amp; prepare for the return to work?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">We are currently offering online training courses that can be carried out with business owners and managers via video call to assist you through this difficult time, and prepare you for your return to work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">The training session can be delivered to multiple people so is ideal if you want your managers to take a control of the HR aspect of running your business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">The session would be one hour in length and could range from any of the following topics:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">The Good Work Plan \u2013 to ensure that your business is compliant with the changes that came into force on 6 April 2020.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Disciplinaries \u2013 how to conduct a full disciplinary procedure from the investigation to the outcome.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Sickness Absence and Return to Work \u2013 conducting welfare meetings and return to work interviews.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Family Friendly Policies \u2013 including maternity leave, shared parental leave, time off for dependants and flexible working.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Appraisals \u2013 how to conduct annual appraisals with employees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Health &amp; Safety \u2013 to understand and comply with the current health &amp; safety regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 hour of CPD provided.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For more information call 0330 088 2275.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you need any training to help you run your business &amp; prepare for the return to work?
